LIH Healthcare is a dynamic healthcare organization specializing in medical rehabilitation and developmental services. We have three clinics specializing in developmental pediatrics and therapy and a hospital providing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative care to both adults and children. Our facilities are currently located in Beijing, Kunming, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Our mission is to become the leading rehabilitation services provider in China and our vision is to enable all people of China to access high-quality, evidence-based, inter-disciplinary rehabilitation services.
LIH Olivia’s Place, our outpatient clinics, provides high-quality developmental services to all children (age 0-21). LIH Olivia’s lace provides developmental pediatrics and therapy services to Chinese children and families, as well as expatriate families living in China. The clinic employs an inter-disciplinary, family-centered model of care and offers a range of services to typically developing children and children with special needs which include developmental pediatrics, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychology, behavioral therapy/ABA, learning support, and audiology.
LIH SkyCity Rehabilitation Hospital is the first rehabilitation hospital in Southwest China. This 100+ bed facility opened in March 2017. LIHSC serves as the flagship in the LIH Healthcare system, providing a model for rehabilitative care in China and adhering to international standards of rehabilitative care. The scope of service includes orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, pediatric, and geriatric rehabilitation, as well as pain management.
Company History
Olivia's Place was founded in Shanghai in 2010 by Quynh and Nelson Chow, to address the lack of a high-quality interdisciplinary therapy services for Olivia, who was born with Down syndrome. Olivia's parents quickly realized that this was a critical need not just for Olivia, but for many children in China.
Olivia's Place became a part of LIH Healthcare in 2015 and our mission has expanded to provide family-centered services at international standards to both children and adults. Over 6 years, we have grown to serve families in 4 cities, with plans for expansion in several additional locations in China.
